What we do

Search engines find universities. Arqeliva is built to execute the admission — to take your profile and documents, work out which programmes you are genuinely eligible for, prepare the applications, and carry them through to a decision while keeping you in control of every step.

How it works

  1. One profile. You enter your education, grades, budget, target countries and language results once, and upload your documents.
  2. Eligibility, not guesswork. Programmes are assessed against their stated requirements — academic and language thresholds, budget, country and intake. Results are shown as STRONG MATCH, POSSIBLE MATCH or NOT ELIGIBLE, with the reasons.
  3. Preparation. Arqeliva prepares each application from your profile and documents.
  4. You approve. Nothing is submitted without your explicit approval.
  5. Tracking. Every application has a visible status from shortlist through to offer, rejection or waitlist.

What we do not claim

We are an independent platform. We are not affiliated with any university unless a partnership is stated in writing, we do not guarantee admission or scholarships, and we do not present unverified catalogue data as confirmed fact. Where a figure has not been verified against the institution's official source, we say so.

Privacy by design

Your documents are private to your account. Face matching is disabled and we do not process biometric identifiers. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
