1. What Arqeliva is
Arqeliva is a software platform that helps you organise a university admissions process: it assesses your profile against programme requirements, helps you prepare applications, and tracks their progress. It is an assistance and preparation tool.
2. What Arqeliva is not — important
- We do not guarantee admission. Admission decisions are made by universities alone. Nothing on this platform is a promise, prediction or assurance of an offer, a scholarship, a visa or any other outcome.
- We are not affiliated with any university. Arqeliva is an independent service. Unless a specific partnership is stated in writing on a university's own page, no affiliation, endorsement, agency or official status exists between Arqeliva and any institution named on this site.
- Scholarship information is indicative. Scholarship amounts, eligibility and deadlines are provided for guidance only. The awarding body's own published terms always govern, and you are responsible for confirming them at the official source before relying on them.
- We do not submit applications to universities unless we explicitly tell you that we have. Where an institution requires you to apply through its own portal, we say so and prepare your material for you to submit yourself.
- We are not a law firm, immigration adviser or financial adviser. Nothing here is legal, visa or financial advice.
3. Programme and scholarship data
Catalogue data is compiled from public institutional sources and is illustrative unless a record states that it has been verified, with the date of verification. Tuition figures, deadlines and requirements change frequently and are the responsibility of the institution concerned. Always confirm at the official source before making a decision.
4. Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you supply, and for keeping your credentials secure. You must not upload documents you have no right to share, and must not use the platform to submit false or fraudulent material. We may suspend an account that does so.
5. Plans and payment
Some features require a paid plan. Prices, what is included, and any limits are shown on the pricing section and form part of these terms. Paid plans are subject to the Refund Policy.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but do not warrant uninterrupted operation. We may change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what a paid plan delivers, the Refund Policy applies.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Arqeliva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform, including any admissions outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
